OUR SERVICES
Thoughtful care. A plan that makes sense.
You don’t need to choose a treatment before you arrive. We’ll start with your goals and decide together which approaches fit your needs.
01 · Physical Therapy
A clear plan for pain, stiffness, and everyday movement.
We’ll talk through what’s bothering you, assess how you move, and build a plan around the activities you want to get back to.
Who it’s for
People managing pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, or finding everyday tasks harder than they used to be.
What to expect
An individual assessment, hands-on care when appropriate, and exercises explained in language you can actually use.
02 · Sports & Orthopedic Rehab
Get back to the activities that feel like you.
Whether your goal is returning to training or moving comfortably through your day, your rehabilitation should match the demands of your life.
Who it’s for
Active people working back from an injury, surgery, or a recurring issue that interrupts training.
What to expect
A gradual approach to strength and movement, with exercises adjusted to your starting point, goals, and progress.
03 · Dry Needling
A targeted option within your treatment plan.
Dry needling uses thin needles to address selected muscles. We’ll discuss whether it fits your needs and how it may complement the rest of your care.
Who it’s for
People with muscle-related pain or tension who may benefit from this approach following an assessment.
What to expect
A conversation about the procedure, possible benefits and risks, and your comfort before deciding whether to include it.
04 · Vestibular Rehabilitation
Support for dizziness and balance concerns.
Feeling unsteady can make ordinary activities difficult. Vestibular rehabilitation starts with understanding your symptoms and how they affect your day.
Who it’s for
People experiencing dizziness or balance difficulties that may be appropriate for physical therapy.
What to expect
An assessment and, when appropriate, a personalized exercise plan. We’ll discuss when additional medical evaluation is needed.
05 · Sports Massage
Hands-on care with your goals in mind.
Focused massage can be part of a plan for muscle tension and recovery. The approach is adjusted to the areas you want to address and what feels comfortable.
Who it’s for
Active people looking for focused attention to tight or overworked muscles.
What to expect
A discussion of your priorities, hands-on treatment, and guidance about how it fits your broader movement routine.
06 · Cupping
Another option, chosen for a reason.
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress the skin and underlying soft tissue. When appropriate, it can be used alongside movement, exercise, and other treatment—not as a stand-alone fix.
Who it’s for
People with muscle tension or recovery goals who want to discuss whether cupping fits their treatment plan.
What to expect
A straightforward conversation about your goals, what it may feel like, and the temporary circular skin marks it can leave before deciding whether it belongs in your care.
