About LUX

MEET JORDAN

Good care starts with being heard.

I’m Jordan Dubow, the physical therapist behind LUX. My approach is personal: understand what matters to you, explain what we’re doing, and make each visit count.

WHY I BUILT LUX

More attention. Less rushing.

LUX began as a small mobile practice with a folding table and a commitment to giving people more focused care. That commitment still guides the practice today.

I’ve seen how frustrating physical therapy can feel when appointments are rushed or attention is split. LUX makes space for a different experience: one therapist, one patient, and a plan shaped by an actual conversation.

You’ll work directly with me. We’ll talk about what’s difficult, what you enjoy, and what progress would mean in your everyday life.

MY APPROACH

Your goals guide the work.

Understand the whole picture.

Your symptoms matter. So do your movement, routines, and the things you want to get back to.

Keep it clear.

You should understand the purpose of your treatment and feel comfortable asking questions.

Build a workable plan.

We’ll choose practical next steps and adjust them as we learn what works for you.

Time to talk.

Bring your questions. We’ll make space to understand your concerns and explain your options.

Time to work.

Your session is focused on you, without another patient sharing your appointment.

Time to make a plan.

Leave with a clearer understanding of what you’re working toward and what comes next.
